None of my average built friends (even less the chubby or fat ones) are better than me at Parkour or anything agility based. They are shit.

Besides... If you want longevity data look at Japan which is one of the most skinny countries on Earth.

All the shit on /fit/ is brainwashing or for people who really find muscles aesthetic. That's the thing here, we find finer & slimmer frames more aesthetic, that's it.
