Need help looking for something very specific.

I'm looking for a side-tie, low rise bikini bottom that's revealing not because it's a thong or g-string, but because of a combination of short height and low rise, see pic related. Ideally it should have a similar overall shape as a regular side tie bikini, just shrunk in all dimensions so you have cheeks hanging out below but also butt peeking out above. There has to be a name for this style but the closest I can find is cheeky scrunch but it's not quite what I'm looking for.

Already thought of that except my wife is already very small so buying petite or XS is just her regular size. The only swimsuits that go smaller that I know of where you select 'micro' you just end up back in g-string territory.
