With a BA you can get teaching credentials and be certified to teach ESL. While gaining these skills you keep tutoring, which will pay above minimum wage. With that you should be fine. You'll be paid above minimum wage, you'll have vacation, and you can teach abroad.

You can also take the GRE's whenever and go back to graduate school. You don't have to, obviously, but you have that option. I think you are taking a very vocal minority on a Chinese cartoon image board too seriously. You have it far better than quite a lot of other people.
