You are clearly too blind to understand what we are discussing here. I suggest you look at the bigger picture of these threads and what I am saying, as well as researching eating disorders in general.

Question, you know that these threads(I also guess that you have recognized that your behavior is atypical compared to healthy eating habits) are harmful. So why do you continue to browse these specific threads?

The disconnect between the rhetoric pushed in these threads and reality always gives me pause. True, fasting for a short period of time will not cause lasting true harm, but you will set yourself on the path to doing so. If you continue the behaviors advocated in these threads you will become(or deepen) your anorexia and you will be lost. Go to treatment and let it cure you of your anorexia, there is no reason for you to suffer at the hands of this disease.
