they want the watch as untouched and new as possible, preferably still unworn
>Wabi Sabi buyer
they want the watch as unaltered as possible, they are not turned off by patina, age spots, scratches, in fact its highly important that a watch is as *original* as possible

weathered crusty old watches like pic related fetch very high prices because its unaltered and untouched and "unfixed". The wabi sabi buyer loves signs of age

you should just leave it as is and let the buyer do his own thing and decide on alterations if he wants to. Trying to change the hands and attempting to pass it off as "original" will please literally nobody, plus its a really shitty thing to do
