mate i've got a similar thing, food phobia, safe food etc. you're never going to eat as healthy as everyone else but i at least keep calorie count under 1700 and use whole grain flour, drink milk, etc in order to maintain balance between carb, fat, protein. mostly eat whole grain noodles, cook my own sauce with fresh basil and parsley. it works alright. just stay hydrated, cut out bad snacks i.e. chips/crackers/soda and dont have sugar in coffee or tea and you'll lose at least 15lbs over time. replace with things high in fiber and protein like popcorn and nuts
