at first it's absolutely painless, just tastes gnarly

you'll wake up in the middle of the night with ten of your teeth aching horrendously down to the core, it'll feel like they're all simultaneously being splashed with acid, it'll feel like your enamel is being seared off by hot coals, it'll feel like you fell face first eight to ten times and landed right on each tooth once. running your tongue along them feels like striking drums, putting sensodyne or orajel on them to try and quell it is like spitting on a housefire
