How's it going today for everyone? I've had 500 kcals today, ingested as a protein shake, milk, a handful of frozen raspberries and the end slice of a whole grain bread. I've had a pretty inactive day for the first time in forever, but I think it's for the better, in order to give my muscles a little break. I slept until 9, went for a run, and went back home and napped for three hours. Then I sat down for another two and this evening I'll spend cleaning and going grocery shopping. Tomorrow is weighing day and I expect to be down by 1-2 lbs since last weighing day, which was friday. Maybe more, if my water weight is tipping the scale. Literally. :)
