Hey /prep/. Not normally a prep poster, but I like to class it up a bit in the autumn/winter. I have a harris tweed 3 button blazer in approximately the pattern/color of pic related. I wanted to know If it's acceptable to wear it with black or charcoal tweed pants? What about other patterns of tweed? What if I went full 3 piece, with different colors? Would I want the waist coat to match the blazer or the pants? Could you go all different, like brown jacket, charcoal vest, black pants? What about with a more casual fit like with a sweater, are very nice jeans acceptable? Cotton trousers/chinos? Also I don't care much for solid button-ups. Are very small plaids/micro-checks acceptable? I want to get into the world of tweed, but are there any huge don'ts?
