It just dawned on me that I would probably be soooooo skinny if I ate healthy.

>drink a cup of half and half with five tablespoons of sugar and a few drops of coffee every morning
>breakfast consists of either poptarts or little debbie snacks
>my second and occasionally third other meal(s) are fast food items from taco bell or mcdonald's
>diet coke cans throughout the day
>rinse and repeat every god damn day
...
>BMI is somehow 19.6

Where do I even start with healthy eating (that actually tastes good)? I tried going to the grocery store, looking around but after putting some apples, avocados and some yogurt in my cart I got lost. I know I probably sound like an idiot, but it's an overwhelming change since my parents never taught my proper nutrition as a kid, if that makes sense. Are there any good books or something that can teach me?
