Everytime I browse a clothing website, and in particular cheaper ones say Zalando or H&M I can't help but notice over 90% of their offerings are straight up garbage. And not garbage in the sense of "I spend hours per day looking at clothes and I find this so last year" but just unappealing in every sense of the word. My grandmother too would be able to tell it looks bad.
How do these clothes come into existence? Isn't there anyone checking the designs? Actual human beings must have looked at it and gave it a green light at some point. It's just an utter waste of resources. Does anyone here know why they still produce these when even they should be able to tell it won't sell?

Do any of you have at hand some insightful guide on fabric materials for different pieces of clothing? I recently started being more conscious about what I wear and what I feel more comfortable on, so I wanna inform myself moar... Thanks
