Morning piss is best, get a glass and keep it by your bed. In the morning when you take your first piss, go to the bathroom with your glass and fill it up. Then go to the sink and pour some into your hands and rub it all over your face like a cleanser.

Let it soak in for about 20minutes then rinse off with cool water. You'll be sorted in about 4 weeks of doing this everyday.
