Excess facial fat can be a sign of certain health issues (which you can, at least potentially, control). If you have issues pertaining to acidity in your throat and so forth - think heartburn or reflux -, or bulimia or any other disease which makes you throw up regularly, it yield bloating of your face.

It might also be your sodium intake is too high or low, or you might suffer from a latent case of diabetes (leading to excessive water intake, for example).

I'd go for, say, at least a weekend of water fasting to check if your face improves. You'll definitely lose water, though, which might confound your result, but it's worth a shot and might help uncovering undiscovered chronic health issues.

Also: no refined sugars, eat nothing you did not prepare yourself, don't drink soda, the obvious, common sense aspects of a healthy diet you should consider.

Bonus: Skip dairy for a few weeks. Has the nice side effect of potentially helping with skin related issues and other symptoms cause by hormonal imbalances (some of which might also be connected to your excessive facial fat).
