I have actually discussed this with artists before, just idly. I think the general consensus seems to be you need to be hard for the stencil but for the ink they can just stretch the skin. Easier said then done though, I'm no good under pressure and I suspect using Sildenafil might be a bad idea.

That said I like the design on the right, something kinda feminine and floral would be great. @craventattooer would probably do it too, since he does the dildos.
