By no means. Fat loss is fat loss and working out has nothing to do with it unless you mean calories. Working out either burns calories which will make fat fall off where you genetics dictate or build muscle which has nothing to do with fat. If you want to lose you gut, cut calories until its where you want, you genetics will dictate whether you lose from your gut first, last, or somewhere in between. Some people store fat on their gut before anything so they lose it last, other (even guys) store it in their hips and thighs so they have to lose everything else before they stat losing from there, as their genetics dictate.
