If you're just paying for a name, buy Givenchy. They're the kings of selling name alone.

The name adds to the price of the piece sure, but it should also have good quality to it. Raf Velcros could probably be sold for cheaper, and I don't think he'd be selling them at a loss by any means, but that name, is backed up by a certain quality.

If you're paying for the name, and it's a shit watch that will break in a year and half, then you've wasted your money unless you want to run around saying "Look at my sweet ass broken watch. It's designer.".
