ur a beginner so go on pinterest and save a few fits, buy some vintage/online local thrift to test then out and see which ones look good vs ones you thought look good. keep increasing the bar as you slowly get comfortable with ur style. it's rly not abt what i want as much as it's what ur comfortable in and being seen in. don't be worried to push the boundaries as those were the fits that got me the most compliments
u can either stick rigitly to the rules by watching youtube tutorials (neither me nor this board particularly like any single fashion vlogger. mostly seen threads of anons trash talking desaint etc.) or simply figure it out through trial and error, whuch is by far the most accurate means of experimention

if u buy any earth toned colors, make sure one of ur tops matches ur hair color (i think will be easier on the budget)
