I've been doing it for awhile and have stayed skinny. I wear a 34x34 in 511s, but might actually have to move down to 32x34 if I keep this up.

Here's a side view. I don't always stand like this, it's more of an "at attention", but you get the idea.

Your body will respond to the type of diet/exercise you put into it, and you can tailor those two variables to change it in many different ways.
