Yeah I was thinking that eel looked painful. I only have two tattoos and a stick and poke but I do remember what they felt like. The one on my back isn't very clear except for that one spot. It was a weird sort of pain which is probably why I remember it. The other one is on my right deltoid. I remember more or less what that felt like. It was my first and it wasn't like what I imagined tattoos would feel like. I got it covered up a few years later and I don't really remember it as well but I remember it was pretty much like the first time. My stick and poke didn't hurt at all. Like, literally except for a few pokes I couldn't even really feel it. When I got my shoulder covered up I had to cover her up too so I put clothes on her and that didn't really hurt. I could feel the needle in my skin but it only hurts if I go a certain depth.

The great thing about stick and pokes is you can always touch them up later. What are you using? I used a sewing needle and some india ink.
