I'm looking for a pair of black boots I can wear to work (business casual, sometimes with chinos, sometimes wool slacks, *maybe* with a suit), but something I can also wear casually.

Should I go with a lace like pic related or should I go with a Chelsea style? / why do Chelsea boots have a reputation for being they gay man's boot? They do look cool
