What are some nice men's chelsea boots that come in black and fit a $350 or less budget?

I have a question for all you /fa/gs that have your hair like this, covering your forehead.
I weigh 65 kilos and am 1.80, but I can't imagine not having your forehead sweat like hell with this cut, especially in the summer.

If I showed this picture to a hair stylist would they be able to replicate it? Does the fact that it's black and white ruin it?

It's usually flatter but I had just got home after running, usually I just use a little product to get it to stay like that. I also don't use shampoo and condition every 3rd day
