I think you should use a darker shirt, as to not blind out everything else. Button down or maybe with a tie just to hold the collar in place better. pants should go over boots. There's also something strange going on around the mid-section, like there is too much bunched up fabric. Maybe I'm nitpicky, but a jacket like that demands perfection.
