What are some good clothes for fat people?

I'm 5 foot 11.3 inches @ 240 lbs, getting over the loss of my parents and my brother, clinical depression, and several surgeries and I ended up gaining a shit ton of weight from inactivity and over-eating. While I try to lose weight and get back to my normal size what are some fashionable clothes to wear in the mean time? I'm thinking more MFA-tier clothes because they have a larger range of sizes and probably would fit better all around.

I can fit into some 36W pants depending on the brand, but for the most part it's 38W pants. Same with shirts, I range from L-XL depending on brand. I know Uniqulo and stuff /fa/ typically recommends run small, and I don't want to completely look like shit wearing a small shirt or pants.
