basic 9F can be serviced in the US yes, but actually get a AQ4020-54Y. Same-tier external finishing, twice as accurate at 5 seconds per year, washi paper dial, titanium case and bracelet, eco drive, serviceable in the US, and Seiko has backpedalled from the 50 year service interval anyways. Used below $1500.
