A while ago there was a thread here on /fa/ about effay anime series. One of the pictures caught my interest but I was stupid and didn't record down the name. Basically from what I remember the screenshots was of a freakishly tall and thin male(?) wearing what I can only describe as bondage gear, something like a long drapey dress/skirt.

By any chance anyone knows what I'm on about?

Irrelevant to the thread I know, but I remember the comments about the picture joked about the character being dressed in full Rick, and I like you guys so I thought I'd ask.
