The style is called bauhaus, and almost every affordable watch in the style is shit. The rodina st17 is pretty good but not what I'd call an absolutely stellar watch.
It's a german design, and ultimately if you want to get a good quality version of that design you need to save up for a real german watch, like a Junkers.
