what are the best ways of hiding thin forearms/wrists and small hands? I don't know anything about clothes. what kind of jumpers/shirts should I wear? will wrist accessories make it more or less noticeable? are there any plastic surgeries? should I shave my arms?

From experience I feel a lot less embarrassed with oversized sleeves, but there are still problems if the fabric is loose and tends to cling to my forearms. It might be hard to tell in pic how bad it is, but I have very small hands, like the size of a 10 year old girl's hands. the wrist is about 2inches across.
