So I've decided to fall in, and go with a HY hair cut. This image has been floating around for a while now, and I just need tips on how to help maintain the look. So currently, my hair is pretty thick, not really wavy on top, but it looks as if it isn't naturally wavy anyway, and I am able to do the "messy" look, so that's covered. My main issue is, the hair on the sides towards the back of my head tend to stick up, and is a pain to level with the rest of the back, any tips on keeping it down? It'll also be my first HY so I need help on how to ask the barber to cut it like pic related, do I ask for the sides to be a bit long towards the top like pic? And what else should I say? I plan to show the image anyways, so I just want to guarantee it'll look somewhat decent. Barbers tend to attempt to immitate the pictures and say that they're able todo it, but end up fucking it all up. Tenks in advance
