Can anyone tell me if this Bundeswehr parka is the right size for me? it's a size 12 for peoples 185-195, and I'm 188cm.

This is it with the liner in, I feel it's a tad to big but I want to get your opinions. the ruler is touching the top of my kneecap for perspective. Sorry in advance for being a hungry skeleton.
