tfw my disordered relationship with food/with my body has ruined any chance of ever being effay cause now the only thing i feel comfortable enough in to leave the house are huge sweaters and leggings

>around 5'4
>HW ~175lbs
>CW 117-120lbs
>GW 105lbs

i am still a chubster but at least my thigh gap is slowly starting to take shape

is anyone here experienced with prolonged fasting? the most I can usually do before I cave is around 40 hours, it is really frustrating
