If you shampoo daily, I'd taper off

Slowly transition into shampooing every second day, then every third, then once weekly, then once bi-weekly, then stop altogether.

At first, your hair will be REALLY oily. Don't be an idiot who freaks out and gives up immediately. Your hair is used to overproducing oil because you constantly strip it via daily shampooing; it needs to be acclimated to producing oils at a natural rate.

I've been doing no poo for about 2 years now.

It's not a buzz. I had my Hitlerjugend tied up into a top knot because I was being lazy, so I cropped it out. Pic related is my hair.

I'm 6'3", not sure how much I weigh. I used to have an eating disorder and compulsively weigh myself, so I've tried to stop.
