Im looking around Getat for a Panerai homage, I just cannot decide on the finishing. All brushed for that hunk of metal industrial timekeeping device, or fully polished for maximum bling? Brushed case with polished bezel looks odd to me.
How about a brushed Luminor (1950 case for a bit more eyecandy) and a polished Radiomir with wire lugs (and california dial)?
Might be the perfect two-watch collection for me.

Ideally I would get an 8 day base Luminor, but no way Im paying 6k for one. I could get at least two of my other grails for that kind of money. I know Panerai have been under a waterfall of shit, and I want to like them, but I just cannot justify the price, just like with IWC.
