That's a fact, but if he's concerned with price it's about as close to the SLA017 as you can get for less money. I'm not saying it's as good a watch, but it is similar, aesthetically.

I have one, and personally I hate the hands, probably going to swap them, but externally it is very nicely finished for the price. The bracelet is also much nicer than standard Seiko fare.
