Anyways, the idea behind SEX core isn’t to just sexualize yourself, though it is a part of it, its to dress to get sex. Basically just be as attractive as possible to the most people possible, which means you can’t really have much of an individual taste or style, its pretty much just mid 20s muscular fuckboy core. It doesn’t really translate well to heterosexual women as they don’t have to dress up much to get sex, and if they do it really is just about being as sexualized as possible, unlike for men, who would look gay if they did that. For lesbians its a bit of a different story, actually somewhat more similar to men in that respect.
You are right that there is some sleaze in sexualising yourself, but you can do SEX core with not that much sleaze. E.g. look at Jeremy Fragrance, that guy is pretty much the definition of SEX core, but wears suits most of the time.
I’d say that sleaze is most of the time a part of SEX, but its not a necessity
