I have vintage Red Wing Postmans. I paid $100 for them lightly used. They are not full grain leather either though. I am happy with the price I paid, I would not have paid $260 or whatever is retail. The vintage ones go cheaper on eBay because they have a different width sizing. Mine are labeled B width but I wear standard width in every shoe I own. For that reason many people stay away and the vintage ones go cheaper. The quality on the new and old is excellent. I tried mine in person before buying just to be sure. Most eBay sellers offer return shipping if they would not fit. Otherwise if they don't you can say "Item was not as described" and they have to refund.

next meme shoe is going to buying a pair of vintage original run Redwing Postmans on craigslist tomorrow. they're in excellent shape and $100. some of the vintage ones don't have the black and green and USA tag which I don't care for anyway.
