I was speaking solely from one experience; I'm sure that this is not across the board. For her, it was a matter of libido because it was directly controlled by self-esteem. She struggled with body dysmorphia and eating disorders for years. She hated herself naked and there were complications with the latter that make sex incredibly uncomfortable for her. As you can imagine, there was a plethora of mental issues that went along with this.

It's pretty unfortunate and while we don't speak any longer, I hope she's doing well.
