When I was restricting a lot I just had to wear warmer clothing. I'm a male so I could wear long sleeve undershirts and a long sleeve shirt which helped a lot.

I was kind of on the outskirts, and stayed in the Cotswolts, so not sure what downtown is like. The countryside is sure beautiful.

Yeah, I went through Oxford Street, Bond Street, Regent Street and all that. I have most those shops back home, but what a beautiful setting. I didn't really shop though, since the exchange rate isn't favorable plus don't want to lug anything back in my suitcase I can buy here.

142-145lbs 5' 10" so my bmi is nearly 21, but my waist is only a 29-30" and in Burgerland going below that can limit buying options. I'm also 31 and a few thinspanons have told me they prefer older guys to not be too overly thin. So, that has left me kinda hovering around here. Long way from where I started though: 216-lbs!

It's always tempting to go down in weight now that I know how easy it is. I feel like it's nice to be successful at something too. I'm trying to learn spanish now and that's way harder than losing weight.

I honestly don't care that much. I think that there will always be fringe things like 'fat acceptance' - but in my day to day life I never run into that. Maybe if I was still in school and got that type of stuff pushed on me it would bother me more.

Is 'fat acceptance' a big thing in your schools?
