whats up thinspo

im 121lbs/54.8kg and 5ft8in/172.72cm. im pretty happy with my body as i workout often and do a whole lot of walking since im a uni student, but this past weekend was a "cheat weekend" for me because ive been consistent with how ive been eating and working out for months now. i dont feel any sort of guilt about it, but im curious as to how much ive gained and how long itll take me to get back my former body and my abs. normally i eat around 1300-1400 a day. my tdee is 2.3k. the past 3 days ive eaten about 8-8.3k calories. aside from bloating and water weight, do you guys think this will have any significant impact? my gw is about 118lbs/53.5kg and i lose weight at around 1.5lbs a week or more
