Summer it's +2-3s a month.
Winter it's usually +4-5s a month unless I'm wearing it alot.
Note that when you pull the crown out all the way it resets to 0s making syncing really easy.
I have another one that I keep brand new though, I should start tracking that one when I move to my residency site and have my watches with me.

It really is a fantastic watch. Nice movement too, no bullshit 24hr dial, it has a true 12 hour totalizer and full 60 min register, so you dont have to look at two dials if you're timing over 30 mins like a lot of other shitty quartz chronos.
The subdial hands snap back on reset but the chrono has a fast sweep, much faster than seiko ones, and unlike le mechaquartz it wont fuck up over time.
Bracelet is very nice too, solid links, solid CENTER links and the best fitting hollow-end links I've seen on a watch. 3+ years of wear and they haven't stretched out a single bit. The brushing matches the case too.
Screwdown crown and caseback too. It's even fucking signed with an embossing and not some shitty laser etch.
I don't know who the fuck at casio designed this, but it stands head and shoulders above their other shitters. It doesn't have a single "casioism" like shitty lug length or not being a true chrono etc.
The one thing I would change is making it slightly thicker and having a steel movement holder. Otherwise you can't convince me that there's a better quartz watch in current production thats better than this guy.
