Hey op. Dod you ever consider buying heat transfer paper? Its basically an 8.5x11 sheet of paper you put in your printer and print whatever you want on it. You then just have to iron it on to the shirt/sweater. It works okay in a pinch, and it doesn't fade after repeated washing (aside from the very first). Just be sure to get the paper designed for "dark" clothing
