Do you know why they are red? Is skin dry & flaky (Esp around flaps of nose)? Do you have dandruff at all? How does weather or sun exposure affect it?

If you have dandruff and it gets scaly sometimes it might be seborrhea. Ketoconazole/other antifungal + stop putting most oils on your face. I'll link you some site if that's it. Also use a gentler face wash.

If it goes away in sunlight mb psoriasis? This would be silvery small flakes. Idk how to deal with that I don't have it.

Could also be lupus
