I thought the point of the sterile Rolex casebacks is that they can be engraved, as a lot of time these watches are gifted for an occasion.

"Super clones" are a meme. They don't exist. They still can't make bracelet screws smooth enough to unscrew for example. They always grind, and on top the heads are never perfectly cut.
