this is my wet hair after a shower pulled back, i think my hairline has receded but i want a second opinion. please help, i have no clue if im over reacting. i have very puffy long hair that has covered a lot of my forehead so i guess i didnt pat much attention but now im getting to be 30 so i thought i would take notice.

advice on what to do would help as well
