Sure it does, but it's pretty standard mid-level automatic grade. Mediocre accuracy and plenty of tick as opposed to impeccable accuracy (for an automatic) and a smooth, almost tick-free sweep.

Nah, I already mentioned it being exceptional value. Just saying that they could have done something better looking for the bezel. Hell, I'd have paid more than the current asking price for an option with a ceramic insert or just something other than the cheaply painted-on approach they took.

What watch is it going on? I stick to metal bracelets, high quality leather straps or standard NATO straps for pretty much all applications. Never been a fan of perlon or rubber on a watch unless it's something like a G-Shock. YMMV obviously.
