Tattoos are meant to be read by other people from top to bottom. People generally read your tats from the shoulder down to the wrist. Very few people have tats reversed because theyre meant to be shown to others. I know artist who will not tattoo "upside down" because people end up hating them due to other people commenting on it being upside down. Tattoos should generally point towards the body, not away like the pic.
