For what it's worth I have this one (I think it's the H40 variation which is day date) and it's been quite accurate, about +1.5 seconds per day, over the three years I've had it. It's my "only" watch and I'm quite happy with it, honestly I don't think a ten year life expectancy is unreasonable for a watch I paid $350 for. does bug me a bit that it couldn't be a lifer though, I'll admit.
