Honestly a Barbour is pretty breathable, but depends on the situation. I can pull it off unzipped from 60 degrees with wind down to maybe 35 without seriously layering.

It's water repellant (mine needs a serious rewaxing though) and breathable. Not sure about model differences, I'm not sure if they're on my lesser worn Bedale, but my Beauforts have holes for ventilation.
