Let me give you some real fucking advice because this thread is horrible

If you're going to deficit to less than 50% of your TDEE, you might as well just fast, eating "an egg + PB + banana" is just going to break your body out of fasting mode and make the hunger much worse than if you just fast and let your body go into fasting induced ketosis.

For weightloss water fasting, green tea is absolutely acceptable and even recommended, there's some science indicating that green tea allows you to burn your own fat for energy more effectively, which is exactly what you'll be doing during a water fast, plus green tea lowers cortisol, which directly counters one of the worst side effects of fasting, stress. Finally, green tea also gives you a smooth caffine hit which counteracts both the hunger and tiredness that comes with intense calorie restriction.

Expect to see some changes every 7 days at 23 BMI with water fasting.

Don't be afraid to do staggered fasting, I did alternate day fasting (fast day -> eat at maintenance day -> fast day repeat) for two months to hit my gw, alternatively you can do two fast days and one refeed day and so on. As you get used to fasting it'll become easier, but after a while you'll get thin enough that fasting starts becoming harder again.
