My grandpa still wears his military issued mechanical after over 60 years. He takes such good care of it and serviced it himself when he was still able to. Now every 5 years it goes to his watch maker.
Why is every generation starting with boomers such consoooomers?
There's something really beautiful about really taking care of something and not buying shit you really need.
