Looks as if it could go well in a similar spot to the skeleton as you referred, perhaps in a spot on the back or even your leg. At the end of the day it is up to you of course, but my main piece of advice - as I'm sure you hear often - is make sure it's something you really do want.

Yes, tattoos can be removed or covered up, and no they don't have to have any particular meaning before you get them - there's no requirement; but I would make sure you really do want something as you've linked/described.

Everything considered though, it's not a bad piece. It would be beneficial to talk to an artist and get their opinion on where it could go / design changes. They may even suggest somewhere like your shoulder/upper arm. Good luck!
